With my team, I take guests on a journey – through the world of flavors, but also in my past. All my dishes have a very personal touch: I’m inspired not only by sensory impressions, but also by old recipes and specialties of my family and friends. My childhood also plays an important role: my family grew vegetables and fruits – flavors that still make me want to bring them back for my guests.
Many ideas emerge within my ten-member team, which is constantly working to develop the food. Influences from all over the world provide even with loyal regulars again and again for new experiences and surprises – and for previously unknown taste sensations. Accordingly, I elaborate with my team the search for the perfect products and select all suppliers carefully.
