Hokkai Don is the choice today.  Fresh salmon in a subtle zuke sauce with a crab and salmon roe topping.  Visually perfect, and the taste was just what this healthy hungry local needed!
The combination of the marinated raw salmon with the richness of the crab/roe topping over the hot rice was homestyle decadence…
